My career

Throughout my professional career, I have worked in individual and team training across various sports, where I have implemented strategies that have led to significant improvements in performance and the achievement of competitive goals.

My experience extends to the creation of specific training programs for competitive examinations and injury rehabilitation, ensuring effective recovery and a safe return to sports.

As a result of my efforts, I have achieved these sporting successes.

Here, we implement your personalized training plan. I supervise each session to ensure you're performing the exercises correctly and progressing toward your goals. I continuously monitor and adjust the program based on your feedback and periodic evaluations to optimize results.

Evaluation of Results and Adjustments

At the end of each training cycle, we conduct a detailed evaluation to measure your progress and identify areas for improvement. This evaluation is essential for understanding the program's impact and planning next steps, ensuring continuous improvement and adapting the training to your changing needs.
