Throughout my professional career, I have worked in individual and team training across various sports, where I have implemented strategies that have led to significant improvements in performance and the achievement of competitive goals.
My experience extends to the creation of specific training programs for competitive examinations and injury rehabilitation, ensuring effective recovery and a safe return to sports.
